My works is about treasuring the materiality of what’s around us, whether that’s a fleeting instant caught on film, a ceramic to heighten the pleasure of a meal, or an artwork to capture an idea. Noticing things and being present in the moment stretches the experience of time, and I’m fascinated by time; in the journey of a lifetime, in how one generation relates to the next, in our collective path.

I studied at Edinburgh College of Art and the Royal College of Art, and am now based in East London, working from a studio re-imagined with the help of Atelier Dalziel.

Over my career I've cultivated proficiency in numerous disciplines, striving for versatility in my creative pursuits. At the heart of acquiring knowledge is the realisation that the mastery of visual language is there to serve a greater purpose, to be a conduit for authentic expression.
