In compliment to my digital photography & video, I work with clay. Handmade ceramics are soulful. In their making they unite the powerful elements that underpin life (fire, earth, air, water). They are symbols of care, of nourishment and conversation and are thus practical and spiritual at the same time. I took lessons at Maze Hill with Darren Ellis and Francis Lloyd, and from there glaze chemistry lessons with Ceramics Materials Workshop. I now teach privately from my own studio and at Turning Earth. 

On my website you can find one-off pieces, or small editions of functional ware. There are also a few pieces in print from an earlier point in my creative practice.
